BPO has handled several campaigns on behalf of clients and provided marketing services that have sold products into Spaza shops, including the support services for the launch campaign of the WTC World Trade Center (Cape Town). Shout Media used BPO as a lead generation and an appointment scheduling service for the tourism industry.
The duties included working with the clients’ databases, Cross -and Up Selling, Retentions, POS Support, Marketing of Travel, Ticket and Lifestyle products. Tailor making each individual brand and company by providing training, service, support, and pre/post sales functions.
