Mr Waldo Willemse, an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa, has ascertained his reputation by litigating on behalf of the diverse and indigent people within our country. He is specialised in statutory compliance law, commercial law and business rescue. His benign but firm manner can assure all clients that their patrons and reputation will be safeguarded in his hands. With his extent of knowledge, he is a true asset to BPO Client Services and our clients; and can pledge to only build on our existing decades of experience within the company.

I.T Manager and Systems/Database Administrator


 Rudi joined BPO Client Services in 1992 as a Technical Computer Assistant. Since then, he has risen up the ladder to become an IT Director. His enormous dedication and passion for developing customized IT software/programs for our various clients over the past 20 years has seen BPO Client Services becoming a leading global business process outsourcing giant in South Africa.



Call Centre Manager


Quinta re-joined the company in June 2013, after spending 11 years successfully running the Lewis Stores Customer Care Centre. Having worked 7 years for the company during its infancy, she is well acquainted with the BPO way of doing business; and as Call Centre Manager. She is responsible for the daily running of the call centre, ensuring effective use of resources, meeting and setting customer service targets, as well as planning areas of improvement and development.

Client Services Manager


Rughshana joined BPO Client Services in 2007 as a customer service supervisor and coordinator. Her outstanding dedication and versatility has rewarded her with a senior managerial position. She coordinates all BPO Client Services’ internal and external affairs with the outside world.



Human Resources Manager


George joined BPO Client Services at the start of 2011. He has a solid HR management background from the Mining, manufacturing and non-governmental organisation (NGO) sectors. As the HR Manager, he provides leadership in all legal, ethical, organisational and personal issues related to human resources. He oversees the entire HR function, from Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, Industrial Relations, Health and Safety, Performance Management, Reward Management, Job Evaluation, and other human resources practices. He holds an Honours Degree in Human Resources Management and is currently working on his thesis towards a Master’s Degree in HRM from CPUT.
